Landmark Senior Gains Hands-On Experience at BMW of Peabody

As part of Landmark School’s Capstone Project, senior Abby has been interning at BMW of Peabody, gaining real-world experience in automotive technology. Over the past few weeks, Abby has worked on both brand-new and customer vehicles, tackling everything from soldering electrical components to 3D printing custom parts for electric vehicle chargers and diagnostic tools. Her time in the shop has also included observing key operational discussions, including a shop meeting led by George Alvord, BMW North America’s Regional Technical Engineer. Abby’s internship highlights the value of hands-on learning and showcases the exciting opportunities available through Landmark’s Capstone Program.
