To ensure the health and safety of our community during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting visits to campus. Read details about the guidelines.
- Families and visitors to campus will be highly restricted. Most meetings and other interactions (e.g., team meetings, Admission Informational Visits) will be remote. Parents are expected to remain in their cars for the drop-off and pick-up of students. A specific plan will be developed for parents or other visitors who need access to the office. This will be done through a “buzz-in” procedure at a separate entrance not used by students.
- A staff member will be assigned to enforce a protocol for necessary outside visitors, such as contracted service providers for the purpose of special education, required support services, or program monitoring as authorized by a school or district.
- A single entry/exit has been designated for all necessary visitors to be greeted, visually screened, and logged in. They will be briefed on school COVID-19 policies and required to verify that they do not have symptoms. Masks that cover the nose and mouth will be required, and they will be informed of the school’s safety protocols.
Based on the state and local agency regulations, these protocols may change.
