As the new school year approaches, Landmark School educators and staff came together for Landmark U, a week-long professional development conference designed to inspire, connect, and prepare for the year ahead. Through workshops, trainings, and collaborative sessions, Landmark U gave faculty the chance to deepen their expertise, share best practices, and build community.

This year’s Landmark U focused on turning shared beliefs into action. Over the past three years, the school has developed a clear vision of what it wants for students—captured in its Portrait of a Graduate—and why that vision matters. During Landmark U, educators explored how to bring these goals to life in every classroom. Sessions centered on Landmark’s language-based model, the Six Teaching Principles™, and inquiry-driven approaches, while also highlighting how strong communication, collaboration, and innovation can amplify their impact.

With a renewed sense of purpose, Landmark faculty are ready to honor the unique ways their students think, create, and problem solve in the year ahead.
