The Landmark Middle School cross country team kicked off the season with an incredible first week of training, taking full advantage of beautiful weather and scenic running routes. In just the first week of the season, the team made up of some veterans and newcomers, logged impressive early mileage with runs to West Beach in Beverly Farms, Tuck’s Point in Manchester, their home course at Iron Rail in Wenham, and even a fun run-hike at the Monoliths. Athletes get kudos for their enthusiasm, camaraderie, and strong starts. The team is already building confidence and showing great promise for the season ahead.
