Landmark Seniors Dive Into Entrepreneurship with Shark Tank Finals
April 30th, 2025
Yesterday, Landmark’s senior Integrated Math students stepped into the entrepreneurial spotlight during the highly anticipated Shark Tank Finals, held in the school's new Meeting Room. Students from Mr. Fauci, Mrs. Norman, and Ms. Bell’s classes had just eight days to prepare, develop, and pitch fully realized business plans to a panel of faculty “sharks.”
Each group created a comprehensive presentation that included market research, location planning, monthly expense breakdowns, and full financial analysis. The creativity and professionalism on display were nothing short of impressive. Business concepts like Momentum Movement, Chips, Club Creamery, Hop Into Ink, and Debate Connection showcased thoughtful execution and real-world problem-solving. The Debate Connection team even distributed professionally printed business cards to judges before their pitch, adding a polished touch that wowed the panel.
Taking first place was Jackson B. '25, whose innovative idea and compelling pitch earned a fake $30,000 investment deal from the sharks. Kolby B. '25 took second place, also securing a $30K mock investment for his well-developed business plan.
Congratulations to all participating seniors for their confidence, collaboration, and creative thinking. The Landmark community couldn’t be prouder of the entrepreneurial spirit on display!
