One of the best surprises of the Viking basketball season has been the emergence of junior Ryan Carruthers. In his first year here at Landmark, he has quickly established himself as one of the most talented varsity basketball players and someone the team looks to for leadership. Recently, Ryan helped to lead the Vikings to their most dramatic win of the season against Cambridge School of Weston by exploding for 22 points (many of which came in the final minutes) in a nail-biting 64-59 victory.... Peter Laird In his first season of wrestling Peter Laird has impressed his coaches and teammates alike by being a force at the 140 lb weight class. Over the past week Peter has built a 4-0 record with four pins. His work ethic at practice is commendable and certainly pays off with each of his victories.
