Education doesn’t end at the close of the school day. Landmark students are encouraged to explore interests outside of the classroom to build interpersonal and leadership skills. One way to do this is through our after-school program.
The Elementary•Middle School campus offers after-school activities Monday through Thursday afternoons, from 3:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m. Specific offerings change from year to year based on student interests and staffing. Some activities are seasonal, while others are offered throughout the school year. Most activities are open to all students, though occasional age requirements are set (for example, elementary cheerleading). There is no additional charge for these after-school activities.
Examples of After-School Activities
- Model Boat Building
- Community Action initiatives
Landmark occasionally offers special after-school programs through private service providers as interest and opportunities arise. These activities are on a sign-up basis and require a participation fee (for example, Red Cross Babysitting Training Course).
