Summer Reading

 All High School students will be responsible for completing their Summer Reading project by Sept. 10 and 11, when they will engage in lively discussions and presentations.

Opening week schedule

  • Wednesday, August 19
    • 6:30–8:00 p.m. New Boarding Parents/Guardians House Meet-and-Greet, , Virtual  (link coming in August)
  • Sunday, August 30
    • 9:00–11:00 a.m. - Boarding soccer players arrive and move-in for pre-season
    • 11:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. - Soccer Preseason Training for Girls and Boys (includes team dinner) - Day students that are part of soccer pre-season should be picked up at 8:30 p.m.
    • 1:00–4:00 p.m. - Ambassadors arrive and move-in
  • Monday, August 31
    • 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. - Soccer Preseason Training
    • 11:00 a.m.–2:30 pm. - New and Returning Boarding Students Move In
    • 3:00–5:10 p.m. - New boarding parent welcome sessions
    • 5:15–6:30 p.m. - ALL Parent/Guardian Reception (registration coming soon)
  • Tuesday, September 1
    • 7:30–8:00 a.m. - Student drop off and day student registration
    • 8:00 a.m.–3:20 p.m. - Orientation for ALL High School students
    • 8:15–10:00 a.m. - New Day Parent/Guardian meeting
    • 3:30–5:30 p.m. - Performing Arts and other fall Athletics begin
  • Wednesday, September 2 – Friday, September 4
    • 8:00 a.m.–3:20 p.m. - Full day of school
  • Monday, September 7
    • No School for Labor Day

New Boarding Parents/Guardians
House Meet-and-Greet

Wednesday, August 19
Virtual
6:30–8:00 p.m.
New Boarding Parents and Guardians—join us for a virtual meet-and-greet with your student’s House Parent and Dean of Students! You’ll also connect with other new families in your student’s house and get the inside scoop on what to expect for Move-In Day and the first few days on campus.

Each house will host its own virtual session—link coming the week of August 6.
 

New Boarding Parents/Guardians Orientation

Monday, August 31
3:00– 5:00 p.m.

New Boarding Parents/Guardians are encouraged to attend these orientation meetings to hear from Advisory leaders, House Parents, Dean of Students, and the Head of High School.

 

ALL High School Parent/Guardian Welcome Reception

Monday, August 31
5:15–6:30 p.m.
All High School parents are invited to get to know others in the community. 
Registration coming soon.

New DAY Parent/Guardian Meeting

Tuesday, September 1
7:30–10:00 a.m.

  • 7:30–8:00 a.m. - Drop off and registration at Ansara Athletic Center
  • 8:15–10:00 a.m. - New DAY Parent/Guardian Meeting

*This meeting is designed for parents/guardians whose day student is new to Landmark’s High School. Our goal is to provide you with the opportunity to become more familiar with the program, meet administrators and advisory leaders, and ask questions. 
No Registration Needed

Metro West Van

A parent-coordinated van service coming from MetroWest has spots available for fall 2026-2027. The High School van stops in Newton and Lexington. Please contact the parent coordinators for more information and availability.
