Counseling

Hélène Dionne

Director

978-236-3496

The counselor’s role is to help students take full advantage of the opportunities offered at Landmark School.

COUNSELING SERVICES

Years of blue water sailing have taught Hélène to stay calm in the midst of turmoil. This enables her to help students develop their own ability to accept, and handle, the difficulties that come their way.

Jim Kent

Counselor

978-236-3240

During his many years at Landmark, Jim has cultivated the art of including his students in his many life passions; to teach them about life and help them discover their own “islands of competence”.

Roberta DeCruz

Counselor

978-236-3245

Roberta’s steady, warm and attentive presence keeps students grounded, and help them get through the turbulent adolescent years.  Her witty and assertive style  makes her a wonderful role model for young women.

James Retos

Counselor

978-236-3409

James worked for many years in a variety of settings and schools, and he brings to the team a special expertise in substance abuse counseling. His warm style and appreciation for the adventures that adolescents seek make him very approachable.

Joanne Waite

Counselor

978-236-3294

Her blend of warmth, spunk, and humor, along with her wisdom, made her immediately connect with the Landmark community. As a student put it, she is “pretty chill”.

As former Dean of Students at Landmark School, Tom brings with him years of experience, and an ability to get to the heart of the matter with students. His kindness and humor balance his direct style.
