Learning the language of math can be challenging, especially for students who have language-based learning, executive functioning, and grapho-motor disabilities.
Chris Woodin has developed an innovative and research-based method for teaching about numbers. This method uses minimum language demands and whole-to-part multimodal strategies to help students increase their math literacy.
Join us for an engaging night of math and learn how to help students develop stronger number sense, recognize visual patterns, process quantities, and develop a relational understanding of numbers.
Appropriate for parents and educators of students with language-based learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, etc.
