Summer Program
July 1 - August 2, 2024
(No School: July 4 and 5)
Due to capacity limitations, we are pausing new applications to our 5-week Elementary•Middle School Summer Program for 2024. We will post an update if we can consider additional applicants for this program.
Half-Day Academic Program
Our Elementary•Middle School (EMS) Summer program is designed for students going into grades 2–7 with dyslexia or another diagnosed language-based learning disability (which fall under the broader category of Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), average to above-average intelligence, and a healthy emotional well being. The Academic Program offers intensive academic skill development and builds language arts skills through a daily one-to-one tutorial, small classes, and a customized curriculum. Students will be ready to hit the ground running in the fall! Learn more about EMS Summer Academic Classes.
Extended Day Option
Looking for afternoon programming? We are pleased to continue our partnership with Glen Urquhart School's Adventure Stay Program this summer! The Adventure Stay Program provides fun afternoon programming for Landmark and Glen Urquhart Summer students entering grades 3-8. Transportation will be provided from our campus to GUS each day at 12:30 p.m. Registration for GUS afternoon programming is done separately through the GUS website. What People Say About Summer at Landmark
"It was important for my son to be with other kids with the same learning profile and remind him, from summer to summer, that he was not alone—his learning situation is shared by a lot of other students. The friendships he has made with these students and faculty have helped him tremendously.”
Jill, Summer Program parent
"Yes, the Landmark Summer Program met my expectations! My son, Adam, is presently working very close to grade level and has learned strategies to help him be successful."
Michelle, Summer Program parent
