Compensation Package

Beyond an employee's base salary, they receive the following (for full-time employees):

  • Top-tier, comprehensive insurance coverage (health, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability, medical and dependent care FSA plan, and life). Find details about Benefits Program on our Employee Resource page.
  • 401K with a 4% Landmark contribution annually, after the first year of employment
  • Fully subsidized on-site Master's degree in Special Education from Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. Massachusetts educator licensure as a teacher of students with Moderate Disabilities (5–12). Reciprocal with 46 other states.
  • On-campus or subsidized housing (when available)
