HS Classroom Building

The classroom building interior is now painted and the siding contractors have arrived.The roof of the metal building and the new entry are now a brick red to establish a connection with the brick of the Alexander Center and the Carriage House.The landscape contractor arrives on Monday to install the walkway, stair, patio entrance and planting around the two front sides of the building. New interior lights are ordered for the three classrooms that are being changed to be followed by the remaining classes in phase two. I think you will be amazed at the change. 

EMS Gym Floor

The installers are nailing down the last remaining rows of the new maple floor and will begin sanding this weekend. The campus staff have made the tough decisions about line colors and which lines to include and the Landmark Viking has gone to the installer for a stencil to match the Ansara floor. The campus is now deciding on which type of bleacher is best for their population and we are looking at adding two cross court baskets. The interior has been painted white and new windows and entry door will replace the current leaky, discolored ones. Very exciting update and we are looking forward to sharing this with everyone at the start of the school year. 

Alumni Field

The new field at the high school has had an excellent summer of growth and will be ready for all the young athletes in just a few weeks. A new protective fence along the pond side has been installed and we are all just amazed to stand there and appreciate the size of the space given the rocky wooded area that was there before.The new well and irrigation system has made all the difference in having the field ready this fall.We're looking forward to some action packed soccer games on the field this fall.
