Girls Junior Varsity Basketball @ Montrose

The JV girls traveled to Montrose this past Friday for our first game. While it took the girls awhile to get settled down, we met our team goals after half time. We only scored 3 points in the first half, but scored 12 in the second half! At half-time, the girls said they wanted to score 10 points for the game… so we met and surpassed our goal! They all worked really hard and stayed positive the entire game. Shannen E. had four points, and the rest of the points were spread around. The final score was 28-15.

While Paul A. and Dan F. pulled down some offensive boards, Justin C. drained a three to bring Landmark into the lead. In the second half, despite the great efforts of Landmark, Pingree's offensive boards proved to be too much for the Vikings to handle.
