Key Start of School Dates

August 24: Elementary New Student Welcome Day from 1:00-2:00 p.m. (invitation coming soon) 

August 25: Middle School New Student Welcome Day from 1:00-2:30 p.m. (invitation coming soon) 

August 26: 

• Opening Day: 7:15 a.m. drop off starts/12:00 p.m. pickup - no school supplies needed
• Parent Coffee Reception 8:00 - 10:30 a.m. (registration coming soon) 

August 27: First Day Classes

August 30: Early Release Day (12:00 p.m. pickup: please communicate this early dismissal to your transportation companies)

September 2: No school (Labor Day)

September 3: Full day of classes

A Few More Things

School Supplies

For the 2024-2025 school year Landmark will provide students with all school supplies except backpacks and water bottles. Personally purchased supplies are welcome but not necessary. Students should bring their backpacks to the first day of classes, August 27. They will not need backpacks for Opening Day on August 26.

Middle School Athletics

It is time to invite our middle school students to sign up for fall sports! All sports, unless otherwise noted, are open to all sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-grade students regardless of experience. It is our sincere hope that any EMS student who wants to learn and develop a skill set in a sport is provided the opportunity to do so. Click here for more information (is this link still accurate?) and to sign up for middle school fall sports by August 21.
