Thanks for your support of the recent EMS community service projects. Several projects were completed before the New Year. With proceeds from a Dress Down Day, students grocery shopped and delivered food to two local families. In addition, canned goods and nonperishables were collected for the Cape Ann Food Pantry. In conjunction with Wellspring House Holiday Store in Gloucester, a gift drive was held for needy individuals. In addition, an "Angel Tree" was organized to collect gifts for specific individuals. Proceeds from additional Dress Down Days were used to support two charities: Leukemia and Lymphona Society as well as Cystic Fybrosis. In support of international initiatives, the EMS community raised approximately $200.00 toward its "H2O for Life" committment in Nicaragua. In addition, over 500 bracelets were hand-made and sent to the children in our partner school.
