Coed Varsity Swimming vs. Pingree - Berwick

Welcome to the most recent edition in which you will be updated on your Landmark Varsity Swim Team.  Swimming up and down the pool, your team swam to a split against both Pingree and Berwick earlier today with the girls team losing to both and the guys team beating both.  The girls, which only had five swimmers and were severely outnumbered, swam valiantly and had some great times in keeping the scores close.  The guys also had some very great swims.  First place finishes included the 200 yard Medley Relay team of Matt R., Chris T., Eli O., and Spencer B., as well as Eli O. is the 100 yard Butterfly, Kevin F. in the 100 yard Freestyle, and the 200 yard Freestyle Relay team of Spencer B., Zach M., Kevin F., and Zach S.  Other swimmers put in great swims and had some personal bests.

As coaches, we'd also like to thank all of the fans who came out to support the team in our only home meet of the year.  Our next meet is on Wednesday the 23rd at Dexter Southfield and then the EIL Championships on the 26th.  Lastly, we will have the student vs. faculty swim meet in our home pool at Gordon College on March 2nd.  If you're able to, come on out and support the team in all of their remaining endeavors.
