ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL

Elementary School
With language-based learning disabilities, early intervention is key. The sooner children effectively “learn to learn,” the sooner they overcome their disabilities and embark on a successful future. It is this belief that led to the founding of Landmark’s Elementary Program in 1994.

Elementary School Curriculum
The elementary program provides daily, focused 1-on-1 tutorials and small group classes. The language-based curriculum includes language arts, auditory/oral expression, literature, science, social studies, mathematics, and computer science. Electives include physical education, art, woodworking, and small engine repair.

Middle School
At the middle school level, an instructional faculty to student ratio of 1:3 ensures exceptional individualized attention. Each student receives daily individual tutoring, and small group classes. Our Standard Academic Program emphasizes individual academic achievement rather than simple grade placement levels.

Middle School Curriculum
Our middle school curriculum’s core focus is on developing language skills: oral composition, reading, writing, spelling, and vocabulary. Other vital areas include math, social studies, science, oral expression, and study skills.

Please see "Guides and Handbooks" to download the curriculum guide.
